Chicken Pot Pie IX
Fantastic! I cook this several times a year. It is a little time consuming, but I have found ways to cut down on time. Like buying canned potatoes, carrots, peas, instead of peeling and slicing everything. I usually just use whatever chicken I have on hand, whether its chicken breasts cubed, or a small whole chicken that I pick the meat off of. Like others have suggested, I also double the sauce or it would be dry I think. Excellent recipe and I have had many, many rave reviews when I have made it for others.

Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup
My family loves this soup and it is requested several times a year, especially during cold winter months. I only make a couple of slight changes, just for my own personal preference (I use rotel and tomato sauce instead of the whole and diced tomatoes). And I usually just bake a whole, small chicken and pull the meat off instead of the chicken breasts. Very good, hearty soup! Thanks for the recipe.

Amish Slaw
I have made this on several occasions and I'm very pleased. My husband refuses to eat mayonnaise or anything associated with it so I had to find a vinegar alternative. Only changes were that I used a couple of packages of the store bought cole slaw mix to save time and left out celery seeds. Like others said, this slaw has a lot of liquid, but also keeps well and tastes even better the next couple of days, in my opinion. Great alternative to mayonnaise versions.
