Aussie Chicken
I made this tonight and everyone loved it. I forgot to buy the mushrooms so used canned mushrooms. I also used pepper monterey jack cheese since we like spicy foods and only used 1 cup which was plenty. I cooked my bacon in the electric skillet, drained off the grease reserving about 1 Tbsp. and sauteed the chicken in this rather than the vegetable oil. Probably isn't as healthy but it sure was delicious. This will definitely go in my recipe book of personal favorites!

Salisbury Steak
I tried this recipe this week and my family loved it. I made it with ground chuck rather than the ground beef. Also, for the venison eaters, I had a package of cubed deer steaks that I floured, browned and then added to the skillet of salisbury steak. I let everything simmer for about 1-1/2 hours and it was delicious. Even my husband who usually will not eat venison commented on how good both were. Incidently, I doubled the gravy so we would have plenty to serve over rice. I will definitely be using this recipe again. I also shared the recipe with the girls in my office. Thanks for sharing this with us.

Cheesecake Supreme
Delicious recipe. It may be my oven but I had to bake it a little longer than directions. Everyone loved it. Will be making this again.
