Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies
I did as some other reviewers suggested and added a (heaping) half tsp of salt, 1 tsp of vanilla, a little extra pb, and I replaced the white sugar with raw unrefined sugar - I think it gives a better flavor. The salt definitely brings out that awesome salty/sweet combination. The kids devoured them and my husband kept sneaking them as quickly as I could get them out of the oven! :-) Definitely let them cool for a few minutes before you remove them from your cookie sheet ( or baking stone - I use mine for everything...and cookies always turn out phenomenal! ) or they will fall apart. This recipe is a keeper - I will be making these cookies again and again!

Rice Casserole
My family really liked this recipe. I used 4 cups of cooked jasmine rice and adjusted the other ingredients accordingly. I also used shredded sharp cheddar and was very generous with it. I didn't have green onions so I minced half of a Vidalia onion, and it turned out great! I will definitely make this again!

Robbi's M&M Cookies
YUM! I just made these today using one 12.6 oz bag of Valentine M&M's - so pretty! Like other reviewers I also substituted the shortening with 2 sticks of butter. I stuck with the tsp of salt and added a pinch extra because I love that hint of salt with the sweetness of the cookie. My boys have already devoured a bunch of them and in their words these cookies are " AWESOME! ". Thanks for sharing this great classic recipe!
