Chocolate Chip Muffins

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2009
It a very, fast, easy recipe. I did add 1/4 cup of sour cream to help to keep them moist. and 2 tsp of vanilla. They tasted kinda bland fresh out of the oven. but when cooled they were just okay. The topping helped alot.

Easy Iced Coffee

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2009
really good. I used splenda and fat free milk. Next time I think i'll use a little less coffee, but all in all a great drink. Update. almost a year later i still make this ALOT. Especially as a treat for my bf. I use 5 oz of milk and 1 oz of liquid creamer. Its fantastic, Whether you use regular, sugar free or fat free. I normally make it with French Vanilla or hazelnut. I've tried it with vanilla caramel which is stronger so use only 1/2 an ounce.

Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2009
Really good easy to make chicken soup. I changed the seasoning to suit my family's taste. A dash of ground red pepper gives the soup a nice warming feeling. I also added mushroom, a little bit of shredded cabbage and red pepper. This will be my new chicken soup recipe.
