My very first cheesecake! It was a hit. I poached apricot halves and glazed the top with a sauce made with apricot, lemon and a little grated fresh ginger. mmmm! I also added a little lemon zest to the recipe because my mom used to do that when she made cheese cake. yummm! I cooked it just a little too long, but it was still delicious. My next one will be perfect!
