Sausage, Bacon, Apple and Cornbread Stuffing

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2009
BEST STUFFING EVER! I made this for Thanksgiving and making it again for Christmas. The only thing I did different was follow others recommendations to use sausage with sage in it instead of adding the extra spice. Kids and adults loved it.

Mini Meatloaves

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2010
BEST MEATLOAF EVER!! I followed advice of some others and used a muffin pan (sprayed with Pam!) and made mini loaves. They were great!! I didn't expect to like the sauce much because of the mustard... but glad I left it in because it was great!!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2010
I followed the recipie exactly and it was FABULOUS! Even the kids loved it. Don't skimp on the sauce or substitute for the white wine, if you can make double. Served with artichokes and rolls, great meal.

Old Settlers' Baked Beans

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2010
Really great recipie! My only change was to leave out the white sugar. Was still plenty sweet. Like others would also recommend cooking the bacon seperate for a more crisp texture, otherwise its a little soggy. I will definitely bring this to the next bbq I attend!

Chicken Noodle Casserole II

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2010
Did not really like this dish at all. The noodles didn't cook all the way and the flavor was bland. My kids liked it other than there was too many onions. Bottom line - waste of calories.

Baked Pork Chops I

Reviewed: May 9, 2010
I make this pretty often, kids and bf love them. I cook for 45 mins then 25 more with gravy and they come out perfect... any less and they will not be tender. Also double the gravy, used for mashed potatoes and came out great. I added sauteed mushrooms and green onions the gravy as well, pretty yummy :)

Very good recipie. Followed others suggestions and used nine noodles, an extra can of diced tomatoes and tomatoe paste. Only used 1 lb of hamburger and that was plenty. Boyfriend says best lasagna he's ever had :)
