Hungarian Mushroom Soup

Terrific! Made it last night for the first time and my family loved it, I wouldn't change a thing. Great on a cold winter night served with crusty bread and a glass of wine. Thanks for sharing, I will make it again!

Warm Blue Cheese Dip with Garlic and Bacon

This was awesome! I served it with crusty bread and it was a huge hit. The next time I make it, I may add a bit more garlic, but I really love garlic...it truly is great just as written. Thanks so much for sharing!

Baked Beans II

These were soooo good! The only problem I had is that the bacon didn't crisp at all...next time, I will probably fry the bacon separately and crumble over the top. Great flavor though, these will be my staple baked beans recipe. Thanks for sharing!

Mexican Rice II

This was excellent!! I wasn't sure that it would have enough flavor to it, but it turned out so good. I didn't have garlic salt, so I used garlic powder and salt (just sprinkled some in). I will make this every time I make a Mexican dish as a side now. Thanks for the recipe!!

Rosemary Roasted Pork Tenderloin

This is an awesome recipe!! I only used one 1.75 pound pork tenderloin and cooked it according to package directions, but I made all of the marinade. I reserved about 2/3 cup and used the rest on the pork overnight. Next day, poured 1/3 cup over pork before baking, just as the recipe suggested, and I heated the remaining marinade to spoon over the cooked pork. It is soooo good! Will make it again and again.

Kickin' London Broil with Bleu Cheese Butter

This was fabulous! Wouldn't change a thing, and I highly recommend adding the chives to the blue cheese butter. Great served with grilled veggies and a good wine. Thanks for the recipe, we will make it again and again!
