Fruit Pizza II

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2011
Gone in 60 seconds! Didn't have any of the whipped cream, cornstarch, OJ, LJ or Orange zest so I... Mixed 1/3 less fat Cream cheese wiith 1/2 cup of sugar. Then I added the fruit right before serving. Worked perfectly!

Pumpkin Apple Streusel Muffins

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2011
Oh my, how fantastic. Followed the recipe exactly. Perfect. I might look into adding more apple and pumpkin next time. They went so quickly! I did NOT use muffing liners, just a good amount of PAM and they came out great!

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I

Reviewed: May 13, 2009
Taste like brownies! I cooked them for 8 minutes then pulled them out of the oven and let them rest on the aluminum foiled pan until the next batch came out. Amazing with half marg and half butter.

Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2009
Tried both double boiler and microwave...stick to the microwave. AWESOME. I have made them 4 times in 2 weeks. (I am now known for them!) Easy and beautiful. I didn't have any styrafoam so I just laid them on wax paper. No one cares about the "flat" part of the strawberry after it dries...it still tastes like chocolate.

Crab Rangoon III

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2009
The filling is amazing. I did what other users described. I tried baking them to save the calories and it didn't work at all! The outside was hard. I guess I have to fry them. (later fried them and they were GREAT) I made 55 of them and used 2 bricks of low fat cream cheese, one can of crab meat 2 stalks of green onion, and spices.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2009
Made these by rolling them in balls and dropping them on a cookie sheet I poured sugar in. I took a glass and smashed the balls. Easy cookies when no shape is needed. I didn't even chill them! Great, moist, maybe could have used a bit more sugar but I'm not a "sugar" cookie person. I enjoy chocolate.

Dump Bars

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2009
Wonderful. I have made them 2 times this week so far. I made them following the recipe the 1st time. The second time I poured half of the batter, then added the chocolate chips in the middle and poured on the rest of the batter. It tasted MUCH better that way even though they already taste great! I even see "dieting" family members sneeking 2 pieces.

Deluxe Chocolate Marshmallow Bars

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2008
Love this recipe. Tasted it at a church function and it was AWESOME. I make it for my coworkers and they eat a whole tray in 10 minutes! One bad thing is that it really doesn't take 45 minutes, takes more like an hour and lots of dirty dishes. It IS worth it though. Sweet, yet not too sweet. Perfect dish for any get-together.
