This recipe worked great. My bread machine came out of several years of storage when I saw this recipe. I could never get it to work right before. But this recipe worked perfectly. Great taste and texture and crust came out perfect. I used a 50/50 blend of all purpose and whole wheat flour. I did not have veg oil so used olive oil instead. This will be a regular recipe for the machine. Thanks!

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts

My wife and I enjoyed this tonight. The only change that I made as suggested by others is that I uncovered the baking dish for the last 20 minutes and put on the broiler for the last 5 minutes. It came out very moist and tasty. The bacon adds great flavor. This recipe is a keeper and worth considering for a dinner party.

Old Fashioned Potato Salad

Was a great hit at the 4th of July cookout. Used 5 lbs of red potatoes with skin and increased the ingredients by about 2.5 times. Used a little bit more mayo than suggested. Made it the night before and it was perfect the next day.

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

Came out great and enjoyed by all. Two days later reheated in microwave and was just as good. Not sure where to find Alfredo sauce in the "refrigerated pasta section" but I used Bertolli's in the jar and it tasted fine. Used all 15 ounces and added a little extra mozzarella cheese.

Peas Amandine

Quick and easy. I followed recipe using fresh sliced mushrooms and it came out great. Excellent side dish that gives some extra flavor to frozen peas that are not very exciting if served alone.

Swiss Chicken Casserole II

This came out great. Tasty and easy. Added some fresh chopped mushrooms, carrot, onion, and celery. Sprinkled some chicken seasoning on the chicken and it came out great.
