Honey Mustard Chicken

Only thing I did different was use breasts instead of a whole chicken. Great flavor! Not too sweet. My husband DESPISES any kind of fruit or sweetness for dinner. This meal got a thumbs up AND a request to be in the rotation. Thank you for the great recipe!

Sweet Potato Pie III

Delicious! I followed the recipe ver batem and the pies turned out great! I used Jiffy brand "just-add-water" pie crust mix which is wonderfully flakey. I also did not have allspice in my cupboard so made my own. Here's the recipe if you need it: 2 parts cinnamon, 1 part nutmeg, 1 part ground cloves. Just mix them up in an empty cinnamon shaker. Will be making this again and again! Can't wait for Thanksgiving!

Ginger and Rosemary Pork Marinade

great recipe! i had no fresh lime juice or garlic cloves on hand. So, i substituted lemon juice and garlic powder (to taste) and it was fabulous! my 4 chops marinated for 3 hours. I baked in pan a little with olive oil and remaining marinade at 375 for about 25 mins, basting periodically. JUICY! DELICIOUS! also, its a tad spicy, not for the kidos.

Tilapia Scampi

AWESOME! I didn't have quite enough lemon juice, so in keeping with the pungent flavors, I substituted half of the lemon juice with dill pickle juice. It was very flavorful and so delicious!! I also had to use garlic powder instead of the real garlic and it worked out nicely. And like the other reviews have suggested: I only cooked for 30 mins and did not flip fillets. My extremely-picky 11 year old stepson (whom only raves about his mother's cooking) was impressed and asked for another helping. YAY! Thanks JasnsWif!
