This was delicious- however I couldn't find farm raised chilean sea bass like Blue Water Grill serves.

Roasted Brussels Sprouts

What a great way to make brussels sprouts! I also use this as a base and add pancetta and onions for a slightly different taste sometimes.

Fig and Lemon Chicken

This was good- I used fig puree instead of dried figs, which simmered nicely under the chicken. Could have more of a lemon flavor or something though- maybe something to offset the sweetness of the figs more. Served with couscous and spinach for a nice dinner.
