Miso and Soy Chilean Sea Bass
This was delicious- however I couldn't find farm raised chilean sea bass like Blue Water Grill serves.

Roasted Brussels Sprouts
What a great way to make brussels sprouts! I also use this as a base and add pancetta and onions for a slightly different taste sometimes.

Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction
This was fabulous! And very easy to make-I served with roasted brussels sprouts and baked potato. Thanks for the great recipe.
