Creamy Slow Cooker Potato Cheese Soup

I have this recipe in a Christmas cookie cookbook and tried it the first time this year, I think they're delicious and will be whipping up a second batch tonight. Hint: I do cheat a little and use my cookie scoop instead of rolling into balls.

London Broil I

This is so fabulous I had to pass along the recipe to the girls at work and they all agree it's the best marinade they've ever had. My Mom, who isn't a big beef eater, couldn't get enough! Thanks so much for posting a terrific recipe. (I do substitute 12 low-salt soy sauce 12 worcestshire to cut down on the salt)

Mom's Zucchini Bread

Since I was making this for a tailgate, I put it in mini-muffin pans instead of bread pans and they were prerfect bite-size snacks. I used the 1/2 applesauce trick & my husband couldn't tell. I actually got rave reviews from my husband's grandmother and our office's resident expert! Thanks for a terrific recipe!

Chocolate Chip Pistachio Cookies

I made these for an office Christmas party and they went over very well. They're unique to look at, easy to put together and quite yummy. I may try the mini-morsels next time, but I will be making them again. Thanks for the posting!

Beef Barley Vegetable Soup

Cauliflower Casserole

I made this for my husband and myself, and it was great!It was very easy and something different to serve with dinner. My husband's only comment was, maybe more cheese (but he always says that). I will scale down the red pepper, but that's just a personal preference. Thanks for posting!
