Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs
This recipe tasted like authentic sauce with meatballs! It was fantastic! I did not have dried parsely so I left that out for the meatballs and added dried oregano....I HIGHLY recommend that change!! I also used 1 can whole tomatoes and 1 can diced. At the end of cooking, I added a lot more sugar. I like my sauce a little sweet (like how Prego tastes). You can add more spices at the end to taste if you want it spicer, more sugar, basil, garlic, etc. I served this with angel hair & garlic bread. The only thing I was sad about was that I ran out of meatballs and has a lot of sauce left over. The meatballs were excellent. Thanks so much for this recipe! I can now impress with homemade sauce instead of alwasy using a jar!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
My roommate had made this and I tried a bite & loved it. This recipe it great as is! We did not have celery salt, so we used celery seed. I served it with Rice A Roni's parmesan/romano rice with a side of steamed broccoli..yum! I will try adding garlic powder, old bay, and panko breadcrumbs next time to see how that tastes as well. My boyfriend LOVED this and ate it up 2 days in a row! Great for a light meal!

Rempel Family Meatloaf
I had never eaten meatloaf let alone made it before. I saw that this recipe looked simple so I tried it. It was super easy. I added the ketchup/honey/worchester glaze that an other reviewer put on here (I doubled it). I think it would have been boring without out it! I enjoyed it & served it with mashed potatoes. It was very watery/greasy from the fat draining from the meat-I will have to try to drain it next time. It did fall apart a little, but who cares?! Not my favorite recipe on here, but definetly a keeper for easy/cheap dinner ideas. Thanks!
