Apple Pie Muffins
Delicious! I've now made these twice and they just disappear. Instead of chopping the apples, I like to grate them. The only other change I made was to use oil instead of butter the second time I made them- they were incredibly light!

Sunday Morning Lemon Poppy Seed Pancakes
A lovely change from the normal pancakes! I increased the amount of lemon though cos we love citrus!

Banana Pound Cake With Caramel Glaze
Really quite yummy. Didn't have shortening so had to use all butter. A nice fancied up banana bread!
