Brown Sugar Candy

I gave this 5 stars because it is delicious! Mine turned out too soft so they were obviosly not cooked to the right temperature, but still very good! I put in more walnuts and while stirring the mixture I could not help but eat the coated walnuts, as they were simply delicious!

Amish White Bread

I made this bread today and my family ate an entire loaf during dinner! They loved it. I didn't read any reviews before making it and made the recipe as directed and it turned out perfect just the way it is. Light and fluffy and sweet. We ate it plain and with butter and honey. YUM! Thanks for a great bread recipe.

Rosemary Roasted Turkey

Cake Balls

This recipe deserves 5 stars. It is so easy and delicious, just time consuming. The last time I made them, it made about 80, so its definately a treat to make for a large group. I do the chocolate cake, chocolate frosting and they taste like Hostess Ding Dongs!

Banket

I was so excited to have found this recipe and made a double batch. My family has this for Christmas every year at my grandmothers house and this year I wanted to attempt to make it. I refrigerated the dough overnight and it was so hard I had trouble taking it out of the bowl, but I am glad it was refrigerated or it would have been a sticky mess. I rolled it into 8 pieces, poked holes in the top with a fork and brushed them with the egg white. I then topped them with cherry halves and baked at 400 degrees for about 30 min. They turned out great. A few of them split and made a bit of a mess but I think it was on the ones that got rolled too thin. Great recipe that I would recommend anyone to try!

Campbell's® Slow Cooker Hearty Beef and Bean Chili

Best EASY chili ever! You can add anything to it or make it as it is. It's a good base for chili. The first time I made it as is and the family loved it. I have since made it adding different peppers, different seasoning and it is great every time.

Blueberry Buckle

This was the greatest blueberry coffee cake ever! It was very moist with all the fresh blueberries. Between my husband, kids and mother in law, it did not last long! Made it exactly as the recipe was written and would not change a thing!

Refried Beans Without the Refry

These were the best refried beans ever. The first time I made them was for Christmas dinner of enchiladas and tamales and everyone raved about them. I have made them several times since then, as they are so easy to make. I followed the recipe as is, and it was perfect, but the last time I lowered the salt to 3 tsp. and it was just as good. Thank you for the recipe!

Banana Banana Bread

I only had 1 1/2 cups of mashed banana and this bread still came out great. I added walnuts and pecans to add something more. Thanks for a great banana bread recipe!

Cinnamon Rolls III

This is hands down the best cinnamon roll recipe on this website! I have made it twice, making the dough in the bread machine. It comes out perfectly. They have the perfect amount of cinnamon, and the frosting is really good. The second time, I added a tsp. of maple syrup to the frosting. It makes it have a really good flavor.

Rick's Special Buttercream Frosting

This frosting was excellent and had great consistancy. I used 1 cup butter flavored shortening and one cup regular shortening and it was perfect! It frosted a 13x9 inch layered cake and I had a little leftover. I had party guests asking for the recipe!

Mom's Chocolate Chip Cookies

These are the best chocolate chip cookies I have made....ever! I used to make the recipe off the butter flavored crisco, which is also pretty good, but the consistency of this dough is much better, and doesn't dry out. They baked evenly and the morning after, they are still nice and chewy. Will definately make these again and again.

Brown Sugar, Mustard-Glazed Ham

This is a great and easy glaze. I added pure maple syrup to mine and everyone that I had over for dinner raved about how wonderful the ham was. I will continue to do it that way. Also used Jack Daniels mustard....it's the best!

Country Apple Dumplings

Wow! I read this recipe, and like most, thought that Mountain Dew and apple dumplings did not work together. I was wrong...I tried this recipe the other night and it was delicious. I added a teaspoon vanilla to the butter/sugar/cinnamon mixture and they were excellent! I would recommend anyone to try this recipe as a quick treat, partnered with a little vanilla ice cream. The kids, the husband and the mother-in-law loved it!!!

Easy Shake and Bake Chicken

This is the best baked chicken I have made! I used thin-sliced, skinless, boneless chicken breasts. I added garlic powder, just because I add garlic to just about everything, but otherwise made the recipe as written. At first I thought an entire stick of butter seemed like too much, but it really makes the chicken, and it is the perfect amount. All the boys, including my picky 5-yr. old said this was their favorite chicken so far! Yay! Thanks for a great, easy recipe!!!

Best Guacamole

This was pretty good. Based on other reviews, I added cilantro and a tomato, and 2 cloves of garlic. I think the add-ins made it. I would eliminate the salt next time, as it seemed really salty since the chips we used were already salted. Also, based on someone else's recommendation, I put the avocado seed in the bowl and the guacamole did not brown the entire 1st day as it normally would.
