I love this super quick recipe! When I have time, I let it rise for about 3 hours and stretch it into a jelly roll pan. Have also done the 30 minute rise, but I prefer to let it rise longer. The dough is a bit sticky, so I put olive oil on my hands when shaping the dough. Can easily be doctored up with garlic for Italian pizza, extra sugar and cardamom for fruit pizza, or taco seasoning for Mexican pizza. Mmmm... :) You can easily make a pizza in the time it generally takes to get delivery, at a fraction of the price!
