Zucchini Quiche
I needed 35 minutes for it to brown nicely, and it tasted a bit overcooked and dry. I'd insert a toothpick in the center instead of watching for it to brown next time. I'd also add different cheese (sharp cheddar or swiss), cut the biscuit mix down to 3/4 cup, add another egg or two, use melted butter instead of oil, and add more veggies (bell pepper, fresh garlic & herbs, mushroom, ect). I really like the idea of this dish but it needs some changes to be more memorable.

Donut Muffins
I used butter as it was what I had on hand, and used 1/2 c whole wheat flour & 1/2 c all purpose flour. Amazing! I can't wait to try these with a little diced steamed apple to make apple donut hole muffins!

Garlic Cheddar Chicken
YUM! I added an egg to the butter to help the coating stick (just make sure the butter isn't too hot so the egg doesn't scramble!). I also baked an additional 15 minutes and turned the heat up to 400 for that period to allow the cheese to get a bit brown/crispy. This is a keeper, leftovers are great right out of the fridge! Do make sure to use plenty of non-stick spray and/or nonstick aluminum foil, they will stick quite a bit without!
