Excellent and Healthy Cornbread
I didn't have yogurt so I used 1c. sour cream. They were ok hot out of the oven but I didn't care for them the next day. Hubby, who loves corn bread, didn't think they were that great either. They're waiting on the counter to be thrown in the disposal. :(

Pumpkin Oat Bread
I love this recipe! It is so moist and "pumpkiny"! I substitued natural applesauce for the oil. If it wasn't for all the sugar, it would be almost good for you! :) I made 1 regular loaf and 3 mini loaves. That works out best for me.

Boiled Bagels
I followed the directions but made 8 instead of 12 like reviewers suggested. After I shaped them into bagels, they rose beautifully! They looked great but after the water bath, they were all wrinkled and looked horrible. I was hoping after baking, they'd look like bagels again but they didn't.
