Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2012
I found the recipe, chopped the onion and left the instruction for my daughters. Pleasantly surprised is an understatement. My family doesn't like beans so the girls added corn. Just delishis and perfect for a cold autumn dinner. I will be making this again and will try someone's suggestion of brown sugar and beer!

Stuffed Peppers with Turkey and Vegetables

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2012
This is a pretty flexible recipe. You can throw in what ever veggies you have on hand. One thing I would do differently is slice the peppers and bake them face down on a cookie sheet with a little bit of olive oil. Baking them in foil for 15 minutes wasn't long enough and didn't add any flavor. A similar recipe on this site is stuffed peppers my way. I would recommend cooking the peppers that way. Other than that, it's a keeper and healthy too.

Angel Hair Pasta with Shrimp and Basil

Reviewed: Jul. 24, 2011
My family and I thought this was really great but I think it needs a little kick. I will make this again but probably add a little bit of red pepper flakes. I used fresh tomatoes and fresh basil from my garden. It was a tasty and light pasta dish for a hot summer night.
