AMAZING! Super easy. I have made this so many times this winter I think we got burnt out because I kept doubling the recipe each time. But it's amazing everytime! Maybe this is why I have yet to get sick this winter either ;) Thank you for sharing.

Pumpkin Dip

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2010
Followed the recipe and it turned out amazing. I did like the picture and hollowed out a small pumpkin I was able to fill it twice (a pumpkin about the same size as the picture). This dip went awesoem with the ginger snaps recipe I also got from this website. Thank You!

Delicious Pumpkin Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2010
This was awesome! I added walnuts. I also changed the sugar to 2 1/2 cups of white and 1/2 cup brown. added 1 tsp of vanilla. I didn't have plain cinnamon so I just added about a tbsp of cinnamon sugar. And I also used a whole (15 ounce) can of pumpkin. I whisked it all together by hand. I baked it in a 9x5 1/2 for about 1hour and 20 minutes and it baked perfectly. I could only make two loaves with my size pan... but that could also be because me bf kept getting spoonfuls of the mix as the first one was baking...Will probably be makifn this for both of my thanksgivings this year. SUPER easy, quick and delicious! I think next time I will add a crumb for the top it would taste nice.

Green Bean Casserole I

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2009
I love this recipes! It's EXTREMELY easy to make and it tastes great!. I made this awesome chicken recipe last night with the green bean casserole and some smashed potatoes with bacon and cheddar and he said the casserole was his favorite! I was suprised that he said it was his favorite but I'm glad because it was easier than the other things. :P I have made this several times exactly as the recipe explains and will continue to do so because its amazing. I have tried cubed chicken in it to for some protein once and that is great too.

Oven Potato Wedges

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2009
They were great! But they do not look liek the picture which is more of what I was going for and what I like more...when they have a pretty crunchy coating. I cooked at about435 degress for 55 mins they were a little crunchy on one side so next time i will cook longer and flip. I also used a little season salt to spice it up just a little bit but I would recommend anyone's fave spice. I sprayed the pan with some oil, very lightly, so they wouldnt stick. I def. recommend doing that. They were perfectly soft the way I like in the insideI just really wish there was a little more crunch on the outside. My boyfriend loved them and can't wait for me to make them again. He literally ate 80% of mine off my plate because he finished before me and I was getting full. I also used no onion (only because my boyfriend isn't a huge fan but I think that would make it taste great! And I will probably try it next time.) Thanks for the recipe, it is yummy, I would just put a different pic up because it is a bit misleading.

Super Al's Cocktail Sauce

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2009
I did not have horseradish so I substituted that with about a tablespoon of A1 steak sauce and about a 1/4 teaspoon of ceyanne pepper. It runed out great. My boyfriend loved it, as did I. I will definitely be making this again for our shrimp and other finger foods.

Chicken Marsala

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2009
This was fabulous! I made this for two so I of course had left overs and can't wait to eat them! I read some alterations comments and took the advice to not use the sherry wine and substituted the sherry wine for more marsala wine. I also used about 1/4 cup of a corn starch and water mixture. I probably could have added another 1/4 cup of the corstarch mixture though. Also I added fresh garlic (about 4 cloves chopped) when cooking the chicken. I did not take the chicken out after browning, I just made sure to stir the mushrooms on med-high heat for a couple mins before letting it simmer. I also added a little garlic powder to the flour mixture to coat the chicken before browning. I served with garlic and butter angel hair pasta and a side of broccoli. It was amazing and can't wait to eat it again!

Honey Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2009
This was great! Thank you for the recipe! My boyfriend has never given me this kind of reaction to a new recipe. I try new ones all the time...sometime I have something to follow, others I just experiment. He said exactly this.."mmm this is so go I never want it to end." HaHa! I thought it was awesome too. I just wish the glaze was a bit thicker. you could def. use this recipe to glaze at least 5 chicken breasts with the amount that is left over. But if you like white rice I would reccomend simply cooking some rice and pouring the glaze in the rice for a good "healthier" side. I will definitely be cooking this more often.

Apple Crisp III

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2009
I added a little vanilla, and some extra cinammon sugar because i can't get enough of that stuff. I also cut the reg sugar in half and relaced half of it with brown sugar and i think it turned out better. It tasted amazing with vanilla ice cream and still warm...i would have given it 5 stars but when i put the leftovers in the fridge and reheated it it was no longer crispy on top...but pretty mushy but otherwise i loved it! Thank You!
