Muffin Frittatas

These were yummy but washing up the muffin pan was a real pain. I am lining the muffin pan with paper cups in the future. It's just not worth the time spent washing up!

Spicy Chinese Chicken Wings

This is a simple and fuss-free way of cooking chicken wings. All the marinating ingredients can be found in most kitchens. The result is very tasty too! I substituted white wine for the rice wine and used 2-3 tablespoons of soy sauce instead of half a cup. I also used a little corn starch to thicken the gravy at the end.

Famous Pork Chops

I've tried this several times and found that it definitely pays to cover the baking tray with foil for most of the cooking process. Otherwise the pork dries out and becomes hard and stringy. I use crushed saltines, adding salt, pepper, oregano, parsley and garlic and onion powder to the coating mix. It's a decent recipe that's quick and easy.

Asparagus and Cashews

Blueberry Orange Bread

I used sour cream instead of milk and added more sugar, as suggested by another reviewer. I used slightly more than a cup of frozen blueberries and left out the orange zest. The loaf rose beautifully and tastes great!
