Mexican Rice II

I used Sazon and a little cumin and I though it had good flavor. Good basic recipe for you to make your own.....

Chicken Tetrazzini IV

Family loved this, but it only got 4 stars because if you make exactly as the recipe is written it can be a bit dry. You need to double the sauce-also helps if you saute some onions and garlic with the mushrooms.

Bacon Wrapped Dates Stuffed with Blue Cheese

Bacon wrapped dates are the best "wrapped" appetizer there its....we did Little Smoke's, and marinated waterchestnuts. Will say the cheese oozed out, but they tasted Great!

Easy Mushroom Rice

Great Recipe...Great taste. Next time I will strain some of the onions out of the soup, and add some parsley at the end. So you know, it came out of the oven slightly liquidy, but thickened up nicely. Used Uncle Ben's and it was perfectly cooked after 60 minutes.

Slider-Style Mini Burgers

Wonderful recipe! We live in a crazy part of the world that doesn't have White Castle, the Mid-Atlantic. These taste pretty darn close to the real thing. Next time I will probably use 1 pound of meat for 24 rolls, I thought there was slightly to much meat. We are already looking forward to making them again.

Alyson's Broccoli Salad

Good recipe, I gave it 4 stars because I changed the recipe some. Cut the Mayo in half and added a 1/2 C of Sour Cream and a dash of Ranch. It also makes a huge difference if you blanch the veg 1st.

Great Recipe...I used Peanut Butter Cookie Dough. Next time I might use slightly less jam and add Salted Peanuts, but overall good flavor. They were a hit!

Sesame Pasta Chicken Salad

Very Good, both adults and kids like this one. Made it the day before, put half the dressing on while the noodles were warm and I mixed in the rest of the ingredients (we added carrots and peas), then mixed the other half of the dressing in right before serving. It worked out really well...

Easy Baklava

Excellent and Easy. I used about 3/4C Honey and simmered the sauce for about 30 minutes (until it was dark golden brown). I was suprised at how much it tasted like the authenic stuff.

Walnut Cinnamon Rolls

The Rolls turned out wonderful! I made a Cream Cheese Frosting for them, which everyone raved about. Using the frozen bread dough made things so simple, and you couldn't even tell. This is a keeper.
