I'm always looking for recipes that add more nuts and cinnamon to our diet since both are very nutritious. This recipe is a keeper! Don't just use it during the holidays. These tasty morsels are great to have around all year long! I did use just a tad less butter and sugar, and doubled the cinnamon. Wonderful and so very quick!

No Bake Cookies IV

I love these cookies!! I roll them into little 'meatballs' and store them in the frig. When I get a chocolate attack, 2 or 3 of these little yummies do the job! My only complaint: They deserve a better name than No Bake Cookies IV.....someone help!

Italian Confetti Pasta Salad

Great recipe. I made it for 40 people at my daughter's birthday party and got lots of requests for the recipe. I added a tad more garlic than the recipe called for. Bad breath but great taste!

Stuffed and Baked Tomatoes

I found this to be a great way to use tomatoes. We love stuffed peppers, but I never thought to stuff tomatoes and bake them. I did have to make extra rice (maybe my tomatoes were too big?) and I added basil. Overall, a very good recipe that I'll make again! Thanks Krista

Chocolate Trifle

I took this to our monthly church 'potluck' and it was a hit! Had to do some creative substituting with ingredients I had on hand, and it still turned out great. Will definitly make this again. Thanks Wayne

Cocktail Meatballs III

I am not known as a meatball maker...until now! Took these to a party and they were devoured! I didn't have the onion soup mix, so I subbed minced dried onion, onion powder and beef boullion. The sauce is so simple but sooo good! I'll definitely make these again!
