OK, we confess. We’re not shy. We think we’ve produced some really cool cooking videos this year, so we’re calling on our Allrecipes’ fans to show their love—or “likes,” in this case. You be the judge. Help us win an award! Click below on Allrecipes’ entries for the annual People’s Choice Telly Awards!

Yep, these awards are a big deal. Sort of like the Oscars for the online and TV world. In official language, the Telly Awards honor the very best film and video productions, groundbreaking online video content, and outstanding local, regional, and cable TV commercials and programs. The People’s Telly Award is strictly awarded by the number of “likes” on YouTube. Entries pour in from all 50 states and five continents. There are multiple rating periods, and the first period is closing March 23rd, so we need your vote now! You need to be a registered YouTube® user (It’s free to sign up!) to be able to view and rate Allrecipes’ videos, but that’s it! Just do it, and we’ll thank you forever!

Click on the links below to watch the videos, and then vote with the ‘thumbs up’ icon below the window. Have fun and enjoy the show!

About Me
Allrecipes.com is the world’s largest food site created entirely from contributions from talented home cooks. Allrecipes was first introduced in 1997 by five college students who loved cookies and had the early vision the web would be a fantastic place for people to find and share everyday food ideas. Twelve years later, Allrecipes.com is home to an amazing community where millions of recipes, reviews, ratings, photos, and blog postings spanning all types of ingredients, dish types, occasions and cooking styles are viewed and shared daily. Allrecipes grows every day as the community continues to share new ideas and experiences. Along with the original site, Allrecipes now has communities for home cooks in Australia/NZ, China, France, Germany, and the UK/Ireland. (Check them out! You’ll find links at the very bottom of this page.) For cooks on the go, Allrecipes is available free on the iPhone via the Allrecipes.com Dinner Spinner app, and web enabled phones at m.allrecipes.com.
My favorite things to cook
Everything and anything! Allrecipes community is an amazing resource for discovering all types of dishes and treats
My favorite family cooking traditions
All of them! How could anyone choose? All year long our community is cooking and celebrating seasonal holidays and special family occasions. Even the dinners we all have to get on the table every night can be a cherished tradition—or will seem so once the kids are grown.
My cooking triumphs
The millions of recipe choices, the tips and advice, the support and encouragement to try new things or rediscover old favorites make using this site a constant joy.
My cooking tragedies
Who doesn’t have these? Too many to tell really, but from each disaster there’s something to learn and laugh about. Cooking is meant to be an adventure!
