Hi Allrecipeeps!

The winner of the last photo contest was... drumroll, please... Diz♥! Congratulations, Diz♥!
Diz♥ name was drawn because of her photo of Slow Cooker Lancaster County Pork and Sauerkraut!

For those of you new to the contest, here's how it works: Every two weeks, we will post a list of 50 poor photo-less recipes. Make them, photograph them, and upload the photos, and for each photo of one of these recipes, we will enter your name in a drawing to win a 2 year Supporting Membership! (Already a Supporting Member? Get two years tacked onto the end of your membership, or we'll send you a cookbook!) Don't forget to review these recipes as well!

Here are this round's recipes!

Happy cooking! :)

Someone's not doing their homework, several of these already have pics from 2010 on them. Congratulations Diz!

Sassy's right - I featured the "Simply Succulent Shrimp" and there was just another picture posted recently. I've checked out several recipes and found pictures. Oops!

Thanks sassy and Christina. This is such a neat idea! I love taking "food" photos and it's nice to win a prize for doing so. Good luck to the next round of participants.

About Me is the world’s largest food site created entirely from contributions from talented home cooks. Allrecipes was first introduced in 1997 by five college students who loved cookies and had the early vision the web would be a fantastic place for people to find and share everyday food ideas. Twelve years later, is home to an amazing community where millions of recipes, reviews, ratings, photos, and blog postings spanning all types of ingredients, dish types, occasions and cooking styles are viewed and shared daily. Allrecipes grows every day as the community continues to share new ideas and experiences. Along with the original site, Allrecipes now has communities for home cooks in Australia/NZ, China, France, Germany, and the UK/Ireland. (Check them out! You’ll find links at the very bottom of this page.) For cooks on the go, Allrecipes is available free on the iPhone via the Dinner Spinner app, and web enabled phones at
My favorite things to cook
Everything and anything! Allrecipes community is an amazing resource for discovering all types of dishes and treats
My favorite family cooking traditions
All of them! How could anyone choose? All year long our community is cooking and celebrating seasonal holidays and special family occasions. Even the dinners we all have to get on the table every night can be a cherished tradition—or will seem so once the kids are grown.
My cooking triumphs
The millions of recipe choices, the tips and advice, the support and encouragement to try new things or rediscover old favorites make using this site a constant joy.
My cooking tragedies
Who doesn’t have these? Too many to tell really, but from each disaster there’s something to learn and laugh about. Cooking is meant to be an adventure!
