Last week’s most popular new recipe was Glazed Grilled Pork Chops. Way to go fosterdl!

Hang on to summer with Paprika-Spiced Grilled Cod and Party-in-Your-Mouth Mango Salsa! Grilled cod is served in warm tortillas with lemon basil-scented mango salsa in this Persian-inspired dish. Quaglie Alla Melagrana (Quail with Pomegranate) is an adventurous use of quail, marinated in pomegranate juice and Marsala wine, then stuffed with pomegranate seeds, wrapped in pancetta, and cooked until golden brown for a gourmet treat to celebrate fall.

Every girl loves a guy that can cook, and Mushroom Melt Stuffed Chicken is exactly what he should make. Havarti cheese and mushrooms create a stuffing for  these bacon-wrapped chicken breasts. The submitter’s girlfriend was very impressed!

Thank-you so very much. Many of these recipes sound wonderful. I hope someone else tries them first as I am scared to make new recipes when they do not hold a rating.
