One of my favorite ways to take that "sweet"out of hot fudge sauce is to add some instant coffee powder.

? not sure if this goes to everyone yet hopefully it does... I used to make a christmas fudge that was layerd choc. bottom a mint top then crush up candy canes for a topping not solid sprinkled does anyone know seen this receipy. it was all baked at the same time.

I also used to make a dish that we called pumpkin cake. I know it had pumkin, and cake mix /yellow, then it was mixed baked it also had a bron sugar topping or?? I know i should have not relied on memory now im older and want to make for kids and 25 yrs after making these i can't remember. I hope someone knows something at least close
