Easy Meatloaf

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2014
This was really good, I also sautéed the onions in butter, a lot of people said to add Worcestershire sauce but I didn't have any so I improvised with a tablespoon of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of steak sauce and a teaspoon of dijon mustard, also only used 1 tablespoon of brown sugar for the top, turned out delicious, I also only used 3/4 cups milk, it was tender, juicy and yummy, the man loved it and he is picky picky picky when it comes to meatloaf!! Will be making this again for sure :-)

Holiday Pumpkin Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2010
This pumpkin bread was my first ever attempt at making bread at all, it was really good!! My 9 year old was helping me so I got a little distracted and forgot to put in the vegetable oil, but it still wasn't that bad, the only things I did different was 2 c white sugar and 1 c brown sugar, and I didn't have ground cloves so I added 2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice. I opted out of the walnuts and raisins and used chocolate chips instead, it was delicious!! I also used 8 mini loaf pans and baked for about 40 minutes! (just a tip, this is really good if you take a slice, spread a little butter microwave for about 10 seconds, add a few slices of banana on top and drizzle some chocolate on top) YUMMY!!!

Scott Hibb's Amazing Whisky Grilled Baby Back Ribs

Reviewed: May 21, 2010
OH MY GOSH!!! My mom and I made these for Mothers Day and they were a HUGE hit!! I'm not a person that likes to be waiting for food for HOURS!! But let me tell you, these are worth waiting for!! They are the best, most tender ribs I have ever had in my life!! You wont regret making these delicious ribs!!! One thing we did do though is doubled the sauce, it does cook down and if you are a family who likes extra sauce after the ribs are done, then you are going to want to do this!!! I'm making them tonight for dinner too!! Thanks for sharing your recipe Scott!!! I also tried this with wings, and OMG mmmmmm!!!! This is seriously the best BBQ sauce ever!!!!

Seven Layer Dip I

Reviewed: Jun. 2, 2009
This is great, the only things I do different is I don't use ground beef and instead add taco seasoning to the guacamole and sour cream mix!! Tastes that much better!! MMMMM
