Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

i like creamy mac and cheese. this was grainy from the ricotta i used because i dont like cottage cheese. but it was like a filling, not quite saucy. after i picked out the macaroni there was quite alot of filling left over eta. it was better the second day but i still wont make it again

omg these are amazing. when i first made them i thought they tasted like kfc potatoes without the msg. on the second day they seem to need a little salt but this is my favorite recipe now

Baked Macaroni and Cheese III

the first time i made this i thought the sour cream made it too sour, today i made it with cream cheese instead of sour cream i liked it better but its not perfect yet. i cut the macaroni in half after reading other reviews first. i dont know if i should use half cream cheese and half yogurt or milk or something else

Honey Corn Bread

the first time imade this it burned so i didnt like it. i noticed it was extremely moist so the second time i used 1 cup of evap milk instead of 1 1/3. i dont use half and half. anyway i think it still burned it was in 22 min and was very dark, and still too moist. i think the vanila gave it a moldy taste

Creamy Macaroni and Cheese

i might have found the perfect recipe. i cut the dijon mustard in half and it wasnt strong at all, maybe i'll use the full amount next time. i used 1.5 times the cheese and mixed colby monteray jack and cheddar very creamy not grainy i'm putting it in the oven now to see if i like it more. i've never liked stove top mac and cheese.....til now :)

Judy's Strawberry Pretzel Salad

truly delicious, but i dont do cool whip so i used vanilla yogurt, and i dont do jello so i used applasauce which didnt hold a shape unfortunately maybe if i froze it? ibaked my pretzels way too long so it was super crunchy but still yummy!

Pasta With Tuna Sauce

delicioso! i didnt have capers (what are they?) so i left them out. didnt have the canned tomatoes so i cut two romas and added tomato sauce and water, i also didnt have parsley or cheese? forget if that was in the recipe, but anyway it was soooooo good! i added salt although it didnt call for it and it too salty. go figure no salt next time

Four Egg Yellow Cake

way too sweet, tastes like pound cake. mine looked wierd too but thats possibly cuz i used half unbleached all purpose flour and half whole wheat pastry flour? i used like half sour milk and half regular but my sour milk wasnt actually sour yet still tasted fine to drink just clumpy. it tastes ok but not what i'm looking for

really good but not sweet enough. if you have a really sweet cake its ok but not for a not so sweet cake. the cocoa is just so bitter, next time i will add sugar but i dont know how much

this is the best corn bread ever! only its supposed to be yellow cake. it wasnt too sweet i might use less sugar next time when i sub out some flour for cornmeal and make it officially cornbread. :( still looking for a yellow cake recipe

Bread Maker Doughnuts

Yummy! Simular to crispy and creamy donuts but no rolling pin necesssary it took 2 hours in my bread machine then it went straight to the oil everyone in my family loved them and I have really picky eaters

Blueberry Muffins

DELICIOUS! i took out the 1/4 cup of lemon juice and just made it a full cup of milk and also a full cup of sugar i love the texture and i love the crunchy top! next time i'll just use 7/8 cup of sugar cuz it was sweet and probably sub applesauce for oil and half and half wheat and white flour

i didnt make the frosting because i'm looking for a cake thats good withoiut frosting. this isnt it. if not for the chocolate chips i wouldnt have tasted any chocolate flavor at all. it was fluffy and soft and pretty but didnt tast like chocolate didnt tast like vanilla didnt tast like nothing! just flour
