Mushroom Pork Chops

Vary good and vary easy. Added a bit of oil for the browning process and deglazed with white wine as suggested. Turned out great!

Beef and Noodles in Crockpot

So easy and so yummy! great left over too! my hubby said he missed having veggies. I loved it as is, but i think ill chop up a couple carrots and throw um in next time.

yummy! Only thing I didnt like is how long it took. I think next time ill prep the ingredients the night before and combine them into the crust to bake the next morning. btw: instead of suggested crust, i bought a container of croissant dough and spread the triangles of dough into my pie pan, pushed it together to seal. and wah-la! pour ingrediants into pan. no pre-baking crust needed.

Vary Good! I made it just as it says only I used left over chicken! Turned out great! next time I'm going to throw in fresh avacado!!! yummy!

Cheese Corn Spoon Bread

I made this with the marie callanders cornbread mix and didnt add the cheese. Instead of adding sugar to the mix we served it topped with a drizzle of honey! Turned out awesome!

Chicken Marsala

I added heavy cream and it turned out great. I like the coating for the chicken but i think next time i will use less oil and butter. Half would have been enough.

Cake Balls

I did fudge cake fudge frosting and chocolate coating, topped some like the picture, some with chopped nuts and some with grated chocolate chips. They turned out great! So cute, just like the picture! Everyone at the party loved um! Im just glad I had my hubby helping me. It took a few hours even with help. Cute and yummy! But give yourself lots of time if you want them cute. I'm excited to try differnt combos!

Indian Tandoori Chicken

Tiramisu II

I doubled the coffee alchole mix and let the dish sit for 2 days to meld like others suggested. I had a little extra that didnt fit in the dish that i tried right away and I tasted the coffee mix more then after it had sat for 2 days. I would make this again for sure. BUT, next time im going to add even more coffee mix and/or use french pressed coffee instead of just strong brewed from my coffee pot. Great recipie, We loved it! And it was easy to do aswell. Which is always a plus!
