Loved it! I baked mine instead of pan fry and next time i'll chopped the basil for ease of eatting :) My husband doesnt really care for fresh tomatos but gobbled them down in this dish! thumbs up!

Wonderful! My hubby and I both loved it! I added shrimp but did the recipe just how it says to do it. Using the advice to rinse the sundried tomatoes so they arent too oily. Thanks! I'll be making this one a lot!

Flank Steak with Avocado Salsa

we tried to use all the seasoning thinking it needed to be a thick rub. It doesn't have to be so thick. It was a bit much and next time ill use less. Great recipie thou. And I love having lots of quac with the steak!

Classic Minestrone

I add garlic. I also add fresh spinach about the same time I add the beans. Use Extra carrots and zucchini and use a large can of diced tomatoes undrained. Let it sit over night and wait untill your going to serve it to do the step with the pasta and beans (and spinach)

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Used 4 cups of chicken broth instead of water, One tube of bisquit dough. Salt, pepper, basil, Oragano and garlic powder. 1 cream of mushroom and 1 cream of chicken. 1 can mixed veggies. cooked for 6 hours total, two hours before done I dropped in the dough strips. Turned out awesome! THe chicken fell apart it was so tender!

Cajun Crawfish and Shrimp Etouffe

I had never tried to make a rou with oil and i totally burn it. :P So i started over my way and used 1/4 cup butter with the 1/4 flour instead and it took way less time anyway :) The only other change i made was because I had no fish stock i used chicken. It turned out delicious! Oh I didnt add the cayanne pepper or the hot sauce because I was hoping my 3 year old would eat it. I had used old bay seafood seasoning and even that ended up being to spicy for the munchkin. But my husband and I sure loved it and he put Hot sauce on his portion :)
