Sweetened Popcorn

So quick, easy and good!!!! I made this for my girls for our Valentines party with red food colouring and it is perfect. I will use this for all occasions!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for one of our new party staples!!! Also try "My Amish Friend's Caramel Corn" Also excellent!!

Easy Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken

Great inspiration!! I made a few changes. I used french's mustard with honey, regular honey. I also chopped up the bacon and cooked with lemon pepper and fresh garlic. Once the bacon cooled I added it to the chicken mixture and marinated for a few hours. I then baked at 375 for about 25 mins. I then topped with the shredded mozza and broiled until done. So tasty and my husband raved!!! Thanks!

My Amish Friend's Caramel Corn

FANTASTIC recipe!!!!!! I used 3 bags of microwave popcorn. I don't know if it was maybe my dark baking sheets but I think that I will bake for only 45 mins next time. I am giving it away is goodie bags for my daughters birthday party this weekend. Thanks for the great recipe I will definitely make it again and again!!

Apple Turnovers

Great recipe thanks!!! I do agree that it is a bit too sweet so next time I will combat with some lemon juice or just reduce the sugar. I made it the second time in bite sized portions and it was a perfect sweet treat. The glaze makes LOTS so you could divide in half and have more than enough. I used Tenderflake puff pastry and it turned out great! Thanks!!

Beer Butt Chicken

Great Recipe thank you!!! I made a few minor changes and it was perfect. I melted all of the butter & seasonings except the paprika and I used 2 cloves of fresh garlic instead of the garlic salt. I then poured half into the beer can and inserted in the chicken. Next time I will take the advice of spraying the can with a nonstick spray as it was a little hard getting it out of the chicken. I also used a small glass Pyrex dish and the chicken stood up perfectly. I poured the remaining butter (I like margarine) mixture over the chicken and baked at 350 in the oven for about 1.5hrs basting every 25 mins or so. Some little changes but again a GREAT super easy recipe. Thanks!!

Chocolate Chip Muffins

The best recipe I've tried!!! I added 1/2 cup sour cream, 1 tsp vanilla and used regular chocolate chips. I also tried it with fresh blueberries and it was also great!! My husband and all of my girls LOVED them!! Very moist and fluffy!!! I will use this as my muffin recipe from now on!

Cheese Toast

I hate to give a bad review but I didn't like them at all. I thought the mustard would be weird and it definitely was. I will not be making this again.
