Delicious! I made several changes based on other reviews and it turned out fabulous! I substituted butter for shortening, cut the white sugar in half and added a cup of brown sugar, added a teaspoon of vanilla, a teaspoon of cinnamon, used cake flour instead of all-purpose flour, omitted the walnuts and added an extra 1/4 cup of chocolate chips. I also baked in a bundt pan greased and dusted with cinnamon and sugar at 350 degrees for an hour and 20 minutes. It was super moist and was quite a treat warmed with melted butter! Mmm!
