Well, I just finished making this recipe and it's excellent! things I changed not for any specific reason were: 2 cups rice, 1 cup of wine and 1 tablespoon of garlic pepper, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese,unsalted butter , Nature's Promise low sodium broth. I will add in an onion next time maybe even some craisins:) after it's done. This recipe is smooth in flavor and far from bland. Serving it with Boneless chicken breasts sliced in half cooked stove top with olive oil and sprinkled with garlic pepper until browned and a salad. Love to try new Risotto recipes and this one is a keeper.
