Oh man was this fabulous. Didn't have ancho chile pepper, so I substituted 3 dried thai chili peppers. Didn't have white wine vinegar so I used a little white vinegar along with some anjo tequila. Also made mashed potatoes and the juices made a very tasty gravy. Awesome!!!
