Heavenly Chocolate Mousse

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2010
I made this in a hurry to go with fresh strawberries and it was a complete success! I only chilled it for two hours and it was still amazing. My sister has made this before and it tasted the exact same as when she made hers word for word according to the recipe. I would suggest this to any chocolate lover out there. It is fluffy and delicious. A pretty heavy dessert, though.

Peanut Butter Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2009
This is a pretty good recipe... it is very smooth and rich as it should be. I wasn't exactly paying attention to it while it was on the stove so it might have been on there for two minutes more or two minutes less than what was expected but whatever I did, it must have made changes for the better. All of my other peanut butter fudges hav been too gloopy and thick for my liking... this one is perfect. My only negative comment is how stick it was because of the marshmallow cream. Next time I will use less- I don't think it will matter to the already sweet recipe. :)

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2009
This cookie is great! I suggest adding some crushed peppermint into the batter. This adds a little crunch- it's amazing!

This is an awesome smoothie... the perfect blend of strawberry and banana! You can make it without sugar and it will be a healthier version!

One Bowl Buttercream Frosting

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2009
This recipe made the by far absolute WORST frosting I have ever made. With no mistakes made, it came out thin and runny, not at all creamy and not fit to frost anything. I ended up having to use maybe 6 cups of confectioner's sugar to get it to the right consistency. YUCK.

Fresh Cherry Crisp

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2009
this crisp was fantastic!!! the topping was sort of cake-y after it was baked, but still delicious. i tried what a few other reviews said and only used 1 cup of sugar and put in maybe a cup more cherries than the recipe suggested. I chose not to put in the cherries with the sugar and flour mixture, and ended up rolling the cherries in it and lining the pan with them. then i just poured the excess sugar/flour over the top of the cherries. My only complaint is how quickly it ran out!
