Amish Breakfast Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2011
WONDERFUL casserole. The best breakfast casserole I've ever had, and I've had quite a few. It is very light and fluffy, the only thing I did differently is I used a pound of sausage instead of bacon, I used shredder Colby & Monterrey jack cheese instead of swiss, added an extra egg and I used hash browns that already had peppers and onions mixed in, so yummy my husband and 23 month old ate it up :)

Great recipe! I took the first reviewer's advice and they came out perfectly! As others say though, make sure you don't roll them too thin :)

USMC SOS

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2010
This is much better than how my Mom made it when I was little, I took the first reviewer's advice and added chopped onion, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce. This was so yummy! I served it over mashed potatoes like my Mom used to, great recipe :)
