Fluffy Pancakes

This recipe is by far the best pancake recipe I've found. We are the type of family that always has white vinegar on hand to make these. For those of you who are afraid to use vinegar DONT BE!!!! My husband swore his grandfather made the best pancakes but this recipe has shown otherwise :) NO CHANGES NEEDED!

Giant Ding Dong Cake

Great recipe. Didn't change anything.....but I made mini cupcakes. Got 36 mini's out of this recipe. For those who plan to make this, cupcakes are best the day after. If you taste test right away it won't be as good. At least wait til they chill in the fridge. I piped frosting in the middle....used a number 3 wilton tip, pushed 1/2 inch down, piped til the cupcake plumped up. Super yummy!

Tiramisu Layer Cake

This is the best! Trust yourself and take the plunge and make it! Husband claims its better than normal tiramisu (or I just made it that good) :) *double the kahlua (everywhere) *double the coffee *personally I think it called for too much frosting could maybe even half the cream *used actual marscapone and it turned out great Did 3 layers...2 with instant coffee and one plain LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS CAKE!!!! Already thinking when I should make it again :)

Nacho Cheese Sauce

Giving it 5 stars because it is a great base. I made a couple changes but nothing drastic. Used 1 tbsp flour and 1 tbsp cornstarch. Used a shredded mix cheese (mexican type). Used 1 1/2 cups milk instead of 2. Wasn't as orange as the typical nacho cheese but it didn't matter. Could have used a seasoning like chili powder or jalepenos. But that's up to you.

Sarah's Banana Bread Muffins

This was a great starter recipe. I followed it...sort of. I read some other reviews that said it was too sweet so I did 1/4 cup white sure and 1/4 cup brown sugar. Then to make it low fat I did 1/4 cup veg oil and 1/4 cup applesauce. I also added a couple dashes of cinnamon for some added spice :) These were dense but I think banana muffins or bread will always be this way. Great recipe and will make it again.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Well, I can't say I've tried many sugar cookie recipes, but after reading the reviews for this one I am sold! They turn out great! One thing I have learned is that if you don't chill the cookies before baking them they will turn out flat (because of the butter). I sometimes add lemon extract...about 1/2 tsp. The recipe is quite large (IMO) so I cut it in half. I get a good amount of cookies even with half. Happy Baking :)
