Delicious... made them gluten free with GF flour... Added 1/2 c. nuts, 2 TBSP ground flax seed, and 1 tsp cinnamon... Substitutions: brown sugar for white, almond milk for regular, and applesauce for the oil...

Special Seafood Linguine

Delicious! Used cream of chicken instead of shrimp soup (didn't have any) and added a teaspoon of Old Bay Seasoning. Also added half pound of mussels!

So good... The second time I made this, I didn't have a cucumber, so I substituted an avocado, and skipped the basil... I think I liked this version even more!!!

Pretty tasty... almost cake-like... I used 1/2 cup of butter instead of shortening, added 3/4 cup of chocolate chips, 1 tbsp ground flax seed, and 1/2 cup of walnuts...

Shrimp and Crab Enchiladas

Made it exactly as the recipes says the first time- not alot of taste. Second time, I increased crab meat to 12 oz., added a small can of green chilies, and 2 tsp of Old Bay seasoning. Also used pepper jack cheese for more heat!

Chocolate Cheesecake

Made it exactly and turned out -- Delicious! The second time I made it, I substituted the melted chocolate chips for white chocolate chips... turned out great- not as rich. Skipped making the topping both times and served it with whipped topping.

Zucchini Chocolate Chip Cupcakes

Delicious and super moist! I substituted 1/2 cup of applesauce for the olive oil and added 3 Tbsp of ground flax seeds for fiber. Will definately make these again.
