Spicy Rye Rounds
AWESOME! I had this recipe years ago (although it had a disgusting name and refuse to post it here) and had lost it. As soon as I read this, I knew it was the one! Make sure to use Velveeta- generic brands don't meld as well.

Easy Biscuits
My husband made these for me (he is a novice cook) and didn't realize we had all purpose flour vs self rising flour.... so they were pretty dense. We will add some baking powder and baking soda to our next batch (to equal the self-rising flour). Also used butter instead of shortnening. *ADD SALT- they are very bland.

Amish Breakfast Casserole
I added a few extra eggs... next time I will add a few more eggs, and decrease the hashbrowns a little.... it was GREAT the first time and a big hit in our hungry home! **do NOT add extra salt- the cheeses and meat make it quite salty as is
