Thai Tuna Burgers

My whole family loved these. I used two cans of tuna and coated the patties with flour before pan frying which helped them stay together. Served on a toasted roll with avocado and cole slaw. Making them again soon.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

This is my all time favorite cookie. They stay soft and have the best flavor! This is the cookie I make when it's my turn in the house to choose our treat! I use the orange juice instead of water too....I have even made a glaze out of powdered sugar and orange juice. The best!
