Apple-Topped Pork Loin

Had this for my wife's birthday party last night, I wish I could give it a 10 star, The only thing I added was I added one cup of apple sauce to the topping, It just made it like a paste and made is easy to stick to the roast, Thanks for a very good recipe.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Very good, Used peach as others said, Chips were a big hit, I had to fix more later in the evening. I have an alligator chopper that really hurried up the process, A bit messy but well worth it. A 10 star keeper.

Skillet Fried Corn

I USED 1/4 CUP BACON GREASE, USED FRESH CORN AND CUT OFF COB AND SCRAP THE COBB REALLY GOOD, ADD 1/2 CUP WATER 1/2 STICK OF BUTTER AND COOK DOWN, ADD 1 CUP HALF AND HALF AND STIR FOR 15 MINUTES CAME OUT PERFECT!!
