Kyle's Favorite Beef Stew

Best beef stew ever!!! I hardly ever finish my dinner (especially dinner I have prepared) and I devoured this! I was skeptical about the mushrooms but they really were fabulous. I didn't have button mushrooms but the slices ones and they were just fine. Thanks for the recipe! (Couple little changes I just added a little seasoning salt because we like more salt in our family). Thanks again!

Chicken and Red Wine Sauce

So we took some advice and cut the sugar by half but did add and extra 1/2 cup of water. We also added some white onions while we simmered the chicken in the sauce. It was the bomb and we will definately make it again. Taste it while it simmers as we needed to add some more salt. Check the pic as it went well with some egg noodles and green beans.

Chicken Chimichangas with Green Sauce

Awesome! Used a deep fryer for less mess. Tasted authentic....delicious!
