Outstanding flavor! I followed the recipe exactly and got rave reviews from my guests. I BBQed on skewers and served with the Syrian green beans from this site and rice pilaf. Thanks for a flavorful ground beef recipe!

This is fabulous! I followed the recipe to a T - marinated the meat for about 20 hours. I got rave reviews from my guests, including a picky 4-year old! Thanks for the recipe, Rayna.

Strawberry Cobbler I

Great flavor and easy to prepare. I took the advice of others and increased the cornstarch to 2 tbs and used 2% milk in place of the whipping cream. I will make this again.

Shrimp and Feta Cheese Pasta

This was very good. I used a little more olive oil and added about 1 Tbs of butter to saute the garlic. Also increased the white wine to about 1/4 cup. It does need some salt. Had very little left over! Thank you the recipe.

Rosemary Chicken with Orange-Maple Glaze

The flavor was outstanding. My sauce never turned into a glaze - not sure what I did wrong. Next time I'll try adding cornstarch to thicken it. The chicken was very moist and flavorful.

Corned Beef and Cabbage

Excellent! I used a 3 lb beef round and omitted the sugar and vinegar. I put the vegetables on top of the beef and cooked about 9 hours on low. Comments I received were "best corned beef I've ever had".

Big hit with my friends. Great flavor. Next time I make it, though, I will add the olive oil a little at time until it is just spreadable - 1/2 cup was too much.

Cabbage Beef Soup
