I'm a 24 year old on the road to writing a cookbook based on my philosophies...
I would describe my style as 'eclectic'. I get inspired by things I see at the St. Lawrence Market here in Toronto, and perhaps other places too!
I like to meld familiar flavours, and turn them into dishes that are not only enjoyable, but also show my passion and flare!

My favorite family cooking traditions
Nothing notable. My style of cooking is far different than that of my mother or either of my grandmother's. I like food that is flavourful and well-seasoned without being hot, and with a little 'hmmm' in it.
My cooking triumphs
I once gave myself a big challenge...to make one of THE toughest desserts to make...Baked Alaska.
Nonetheless, with my confidence, I pulled it off perfectly the first time around, and the result was sure tasty!

The one time that my brownies overflowed the pan and made a huge mess in the oven!
