I will never be one of those people who proclaim themselves to be an expert cook and brag nonstop. To me, there is always room for improvement. I am always critical of cooking. At the same time, I hate the term "home cook" which implies that if you aren't the head chef at a 5 star restaurant, your food isn't edible and you should crawl into a hole. I say, get off your high horse.
