I try to watch what I eat so I enjoy eating fresh veggies and fruit when I can. My family has a garden, in the summer I love to eat the veggies right off the vine. Mexican food is my favorite, and my secret ingredient is ground cumin. I add it to everything, I just love the flavor! I am German, and I am slowly trying to learn how to cook authentic German foods. My Grandma is my inspiration, I love to watch her cook and hear her stories. I recently made two awesome cheesecakes. I made my boyfriend a white chocolate raspberry cheesecake for his 21st birthday last week, he said it was one of the best he's had.
