Rolled Flank Steak

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2010
This was amazing!!!! I used prosciutto instead of the bacon (didn't have to worry about the bacon cooking all the way). I also used a roasted red pepper instead and left out the mushrooms. I cooked my 2 pound steak for exactly one hour and it came out medium which was perfect. I'm definitely adding this as one of my signature dishes and will make it again.

Cranberry Muffins

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2010
These muffins came out wonderful! They were delicous and so most. The next time I make them I want to put sanding sugar on top instead of just regular grain sugar.

Maryland Pumpkin Seeds

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2010
My (12 yr old) step-son wanted to carve a pumpkin this past Halloween just to roast the seeds. This was easy and fun to do and he LOVED eating the seeds.

Party Meatballs

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2010
These meatballs are so delicous and everyone who tries them thinks you spent forever making them. This recipe couldn't get any easier and is great for a last minute party dish. If you love the taste of bar-b-que you'll love them!

Wilted Spinach

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2010
I made a ton of changes to this recipe to make it my own. I put the oil, vinegar, garlic, lemon, salt, and pepper into a pot on medium heat. I added the spinach and cooked it until the spinach was soft, but not mushy (like when you steam). Cooking it this way is how you wilt spinach. This recipe is actually having you steam it. All my guests absolutely loved it as it was tasty and spinach done a different way.

Deer Meat

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2010
This is a great recipe for someone like me who dows not like their venison to taste like venison. I put too much tomato paste in this (wanted to use up what I had), but was still delicous. I served it over rice and my fiance and I really enjoyed it.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2010
I love chicken wing dip, but some of this recipe doesn't sound too good. It's way better if you use fresh chicken and then shred it....not yucky canned chicken (may be easier though I guess). I also serve it with tortilla chips!
