Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

My favorite chocolate chip recipe so far. It really is CHEWY too, not cakey or crumbly or hard. A very important part of getting the right consistency is putting the dough in the fridge or freezer for a while before baking, then pulling it out of the oven before it looks completely done. Amazing, perfect cookie!

Sean's Falafel and Cucumber Sauce

Great recipe! I left out the coriander but otherwise I followed the recipe almost exactly. I had no problem with them falling apart, but I did add a little flour because the mixture seemed a bit wet. I also drained the yogurt for an hour or so before making the sauce, and added a bit of lemon juice. It was perfect! I eat it on a pita or flat-bread with lettuce and tomato, yum! Even my husband liked it, and he doesn't like chickpeas.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

I loved it! Simple and tasty with plenty of leftovers. I didn't put in an entire bottle of Coronoa since I thought that would be a bit much but that just meant I got to drink it anyways. Next time I'll add a bit of cilantro!
